20×20

By Brian Byrne     11th March 2020

This Thursday, March 12th at 7 pm we are hosting our first 20×20 event at The Sky and the Ground in Wexford. Join Fuse:d, the 100 Archive and a host of creative people and businesses for an evening of visual storytelling.

The presentation format is simple—our speakers must create a presentation, containing 20 slides, related t0 their business or career. Each slide can only be on screen for 20 seconds, hence the name, 20×20. The format ensures each presentation is short and sharp, so our guests will have to get creative. I can’t wait to see what they come up with.

We have a diverse range of guests from the world of art, photography, architecture and design—our speakers on the night are…

Caolan Barron is an Irish artist from Wexford Town. Specialising in portraiture and documentary photography, he found his way to the medium by chance after winning a bet on horse and subsequently buying his first camera with the winnings. “I grew up in a pub so I’ve always been interested in people. A camera gives you a license to interact with people and places. I love that” More recently, his work includes design and creative direction as well as commercial photography.
